Today's #whitespines #augustphotochallenge was easy, as so many of my German novels have white spines! This is a small fraction of our home's white-spined books! Many of these are by Ingrid Noll, Germany's "Queen of crime", and you might wish to know that 3 of her books have been translated into English: Hell Hath No Fury, The Pharmacist, & Head Count. Some others here are by Donna Leon, whose work I find better in German than in the original Eng.
