It‘s always hit and miss for me with poetry. Some of these poems really resonated with me, others did not. The ones that stuck with me did so because of their striking imagery and creepy weirdness.

One poem used red and white to talk about how stressful it is to grow up with religious expectations, walking through the world just waiting to be tainted. It really struck a chord with me.
