My March Goals are a bit different as I‘m on a leave from work and hoping to get organized for our move in a few months and I feel like I‘ll get back to my sweets goal in the summer once all that is done. Now that I can move more I want to do more.

Allylu Good luck! I didn‘t think I would ever be able to give up sugar, but I haven‘t added sugar or had a real cookie, candy or cake since last August! What helps is that I have special chocolate food from Ideal Protein that I can eat and not sway from my protocol. I‘m almost at my goal of -50 lbs. We‘ll see what happens next. 2y
