This is a book recommendation for #HauntedShelf #SkeletonCrew I probably should have saved it to read in October, but I didn‘t know there would be werewolves involved! (Sorry, that might be a spoiler). Anyway, this is book #3 in the series, but it could be read as a standalone. These 3 authors are hilarious in their interpretations and even if you think you wouldn‘t like a western, you will like this one! 5 stars!

Well, I finished one book - the poetry book. In Her Feminine Sign by Dunya Mikhail. It made me wonder why I haven‘t read more poetry. I mean it was sad. It was written by an Iraqi woman about the lives of women around her. But it was beautiful, too. The way she put the words together. Anyway, I also read at least 33% of each of the other 3 books I‘m reading. A good weekend! Thanks @TheSpineView

It took me awhile to fit this in the frame, but here it is. I have managed to read 7 books on my Kindle so far - I figured out how to make Alexa read the books to me - not much emotion in the voice, but it worked for me. Then I looked at the books on Stuff Your Kindle Day for Romance and Cozy Mysteries and I got a few more - oh my! Only a few - probably 7. At least I‘m at zero again… I know…ugh!

So, I started a new series! Melody Carlson is one of my favorite authors. This series is about 4 roommates who live in a big house on Bloomberg Place. It‘s funny and touching. I love it. #SERIESLOVE2024

I finished it!!! And the whole series! Now I feel like I should go back and read them again to see all the ways the stories fit together. I really loved this series. The books are big, but they are page-turners. Great! Great! Okay - here‘s my March list. I‘m looking for a cozy mystery: either St. Patrick‘s Day or Birthday themed. I have a big birthday coming up in March. I finished the first book from my #ReadYourKindle list! I loved it! Anne feels like a friend because I belong to the Modern Mrs. Darcy book club. There were so many things I could relate to. One chapter talked about the book that made her a reader. Hers was Emily of New Moon, mine was The Little Princess. My sister (10 years my senior) bought it for me and I remember it being the first book I couldn‘t put down - even for dinner. #ReadYourKindle

I finally finished The Missing Sister in The Seven Sisters series by Lucinda Riley!! These books are all sooo good. I appreciated this particular one because my ancestors are from Ireland and lived through the times documented. I loved having all the sisters involved in this one. Just finished listening to Circe by Madeline Miller. I really love books based on mythological characters and there were plenty in this books besides Circe. The narration was also very pleasing to hear. Stumbled upon episodes of The Muppet Show on Disney+ Halloween episodes last night. This one, featuring Vincent Price, was hilarious (any my 30 something year old daughter didn't know who he was!!) Anyway, we were really enjoying the crazy jokes and everything else. This was right after we watched several episodes of The Addams Family - including one where little Wednesday (in black & white) did the Wednesday dance! Such a fun night! @PuddleJumper
