pickI don‘t say that I‘ve read beautiful books or stories much. But this is truly a stunning absolutely beautiful piece of writing. I LOVED it. I never had an imaginary friend growing up but this book made me wish I did. It‘s stunning in it‘s capture of real struggles and eloquently weaves those with an imaginary world that hurts as much as reality. I don‘t re-read many books but I suspect I will re-read this.
