So true.

A memoir of sorts, written while the author reflects from jail on a wild night out in Paris snorting illegal substances off the hood of a parked car 🤭 At times his reflections feel genuine and relatable but many feel arrogant as well. Perhaps I would have enjoyed it more if I had a better understanding of all of his French references as well.

My first book by Beigbeder, and the impression I‘m left with is that he likes to use difficult words and is occasionally pretty funny. The book itself didn‘t really affect or impress me though.
