pickThis will be my last finished read for 2020! I enjoyed this one-plenty of suspense and I like how even though the mc‘s were immediately attracted to each other, they didn‘t just instantly fall into bed together. They each have threats to their lives that have to be dealt with. He‘s a former Marine sniper with PTSD and she‘s on the run from an abusive ex boyfriend. Lots going on, but it‘s well written snd had me turning the pages.
My Christmas Eve gift to myself. It‘s tradition in my family for us to open one gift on a Christmas Eve so for the last couple years, they‘ve been books because I love the jobokaflod tradition (I know I spelled that wrong but you get it)
pickI finished this last weekend but didn't post. This was a good romantic suspense. Wasn't the best but was good enough that I didn't want to put it down sometimes. Got me out of my reading slump as it was a good, quick read.
I have been in such a reading slump lately. The couple books I'm in the middle of are good but I just can't concentrate. So switching it up and starting this romantic suspense book while laying in bed, trying not to think of work tomorrow. So far, so good. I need out of this rut!
