pickThis book was so good, but MAN…our girl Kiva is a little slow sometimes. Like, keep up, m‘lady. You are missing some pretty obvious revelations, here. She can be a bit frustrating at times, but lucky for her, it doesn‘t make her unlikable.

pickI don‘t read many thrillers anymore but every once in a while one captured me. Redemption Road is a dark, multi-layered slow-burn mystery featuring a rich North Carolina setting and a cast of complex characters seeking justice, revenge, and redemption in their own ways. Hart successfully balances multiple mysteries, ask the hard questions about justice and revenge, and keeps the suspense up to the very end. Excellent!
