I always love a good nature/ science book! More info in this book on how nature and weather give us clues to what‘s happening or what‘s about to happen. Insights were given on the hazards of over watering and fertilizing- our plants and trees become weaker and unable to withstand the harsh realities of nature.

I liked this book but it is being sold as something it‘s not. It‘s not about weather. I was expecting (based on the title, subtitle, and jacket description) a book showing me how to become an amateur weather forecaster with low tech, old fashioned wisdom. The first maybe 20 pages leans that way. But really the book is about gardens: weather‘s affect on gardens, the creatures of them and other stuff that I did find interesting but not was promised.

keithmalek In that case, I highly recommend reading any book written by Tristan Gooley. I've read three of his books, and am currently reading his latest. 3y
