The Two Princes of Summer | Nissa Leder
5 posts | 8 read | 7 to read
To run from the grief of her mother's suicide, Scarlett is lured into Faerie, a magical world so unlike the mortal realm she knows. Scarlett's pain is stronger than anything Cade has ever tasted. Feeding on her emotion fills his fae power to its brim as he prepares to fight his older brother, Raith for the Right of Heir. Raith is more intrigued by Scarlett than he cares to admit, and she might just make the battle against his little brother more interesting. Which brother will earn the right to be heir of the Summer Court crown? And what will happen to Scarlett when he does?

👑Two Princes of Summer👑
By: Nissa Leder
Love triangles and maybe even love squares going on not to mention a battle to the death or is it? Leder has a way of portraying characters that could seamlessly flow in and out of your life. Throughout the whole book there is a lingering sense of magic, danger and self discovery which further pulls you into the world of Fae.

Overall this was a pretty good book. Some of the details and mythology surrounding the fae could have been fleshed out a little more. It wasn't super thought provoking but I enjoyed the plot. After finishing this, I definitely want to read the next book in the series, and I have a feeling the second book will be even better!
