pickThis story follows Carmen and her various relationships. Some are about control and some are just about enjoyment. Carmen‘s past come back in a strange and convoluted way after her marriage and everything blows up in her face. During the course of the book Carmen begins to realize some harsh truths about life and herself. She began it naive and ended it starting the process of figuring out who she is and how her past has shaped her.
