Haven't gotten to this short story collection yet, but global warming/climate change is the first thing that leapt to mind when considering the idea of Disaster. (TNG's Disaster is a good time though!) (Also, my missing so many days in a row is a small scale disaster.)

2 hour round trip bus ride. What book(s) should I take? Loosed Upon the World, Soul of an Octopus, The Sudden Appearance of Hope, or a brand spankin' new book about Prince? Gonna be on public trans, can't take my tablet 🙄
