Spent some time outside today since it was in the 70s and really enjoyed reading Eddie Red for the first time! Such an action packed mystery!

The other books are rereads! I'm coming up to our 5th grade reading competition and having to write the questions for my books.

It's looking like mostly youth books this month with a few others thrown in + audiobooks. A few of these are required reading for a project I'm working on.

Eddie Red (not his real name) has a talent for portraits, and a photographic memory. When the NYPD sees his gift for recognizing faces they can't resist hiring him to help put an end to an art theft ring. But not everyone wants a kid working on the force, and this case may be more dangerous than anyone realized.
Great mystery for upper grade school and the first in a series.
