This year I'm going to be less of a book snob and count graphic novels towards my reading total. I started this one last night, a classic storyline I've never got around to reading until now.
Is it a spoiler when the comic came out 35 years ago? Anyway, The Judas Contract lives up to its reputation as a game changer for the Teen Titans and the rest of the DC Universe. From the introduction of Nightwing and Jericho to Deathstroke's origin to Terra's betrayal, the events of this famous story continue to affect the DCU to this day. The dialogue can be a bit cringe inducing, but the story & art are top notch. âï¸âï¸âï¸âï¸âï¸

That would be Marv, not Mary Wolfman.
Tried to pick some stone classics from my collection. The Judas Contract is still shocking. The Great Cow Race is the funniest comic I've ever read. I Kill Giants is the saddest but the most amazing thing I've read and The Dark Knight Returns is all things to all comic readers. If you grew up with Adam West and Cesar Romero, you're in for a right old kick in the goolies.

After enjoying MARVEL's RUNAWAYS so much, I picked up DC's group of sidekicks, TEEN TITANS. Great characters and team dynamic. I really liked this book and look forward to more adventures!
