Last night I stood in a cold rain in the dark on the sidewalk outside my office for 30 minutes waiting for the shuttle. Then I sat in heavy traffic on the shuttle for an hour to get to the commuter lot where my car was. Then I drove another 35 minutes to finally get home - more than 2 hours after I left work. Which is only 40 miles from my house. Today I am logging off at 1 pm and ignoring everything and everyone for the rest of the day.

I asked for an update for the team. It's now unsure if he'll meet the deadline. I asked pertinent questions. He couldn't answer them and therefore looked like a moron. He then went to my (female) coworker and said I was a b-word and he should have walked out of the meeting. ⬇️ 2w

lil1inblue Coworker is also frustrated with him, and so she told me immediately. Have no fear, however, I have 3 planets in Virgo, and one of them is Mars, so I can (and will) get P.E.T.T.Y. I'm also damn good at my job. I will win. 😏 (And kinda already did, because the owner stopped in my office for an update this afternoon.) 2w

CindyMyLifeIsLit @kspenmoll Thanks! We had a terrible sub shortage for a few years—they sent emails every day, begging teachers for help covering classes during their off periods. It seems to have gotten better. Jobs are snapped up pretty quickly and few are left unfilled. 3w

We do not care that we made vaccination appointments for 11:30 AM today, showed up at 11:20 AM, still had to wait for half an hour, and had to refill ALL of the online info we had filled out yesterday. We are hoping the shots were correct and are glad they are done. We also don't care that we're resting the rest of the day. #maybeavodkashot 🤣

We do not care that our lovely Pippa had four grand mal seizures in a row last week, causing us to cancel our plans to go up north to see the leaves change this week. We also do not care that we missed the deadline to receive a full refund by ONE day. It's just money.

We are pleased to note that Pip's meds have changed, and so far, it seems to be working. These pets. 🖤😭🐾😂🖤
