Cloister, the human half of a K-9 unit, and Javi, Special Agent thank-you-very-much, don‘t get along but that doesn‘t stop them from extended sexy times. Cloister is a romantic at heart and Javi is mostly an ass. They‘re trying to solve a crime that turns out to be more than it seems. Cloister‘s boss tells him to do whatever Javi wants so it makes sexual things a little dubious and I could have done without that. I‘ll still read book two.

If I‘m getting an ARC of the second book, I‘d probably better read the first one. Sheriff‘s deputy and FBI agent....let‘s see where this takes me. Oh, and the deputy is the human half of a K-9 unit and the FBI agent thinks dogs are old fashioned. Said deputy and agent have a history.
