Thanks for posting this list of spooky books, @BekahB 😱! I‘ve added a bunch of titles to my TBR: most notably, “Petra‘s Ghost”. 👻 (Click on the article or see comments below for a way better synopsis than the one provided by Litsy.)

monalyisha 1/1: Daniel knows the truth about his wife's death, but he can't tell anyone. Instead, he carries her ashes on a 500-mile journey across northern Spain. Along the way, he meets another pilgrim, Ginny, who he hopes can help him through his grief. But when it becomes clear that they are not alone on the trail, Daniel's mental health begins to degenerate. 5y
monalyisha Also, not being an avid Harry Potter fan, I didn‘t make the connection at first but Daniel (Radcliffe) = Harry, & Harry + Ginny = 💕. Now, we have Daniel + Ginny. I won‘t be able to get this connection out of my brain. 5y
ShelfRighteous This sounds interesting. Stacked. 5y
BekahB I added this one to my list too! 😀 5y
Clare-Dragonfly Wow! Lots of awesome-sounding books on that list. Thanks for sharing! 5y

Pickpick

Pick!!
Daniel is walking the Camino de Santiago in Spain with his wife‘s ashes in his backpack. He meets up with a fellow pilgrim, Ginny, who has her own reasons for walking the Camino. And they‘re being followed by a ghost.
Fascinating story - very M Night Shyamalan. Lots of twists; themes of grief and forgiveness. Loved it!
Thanks to #Netgalley and Dundurn!

Velvetfur Oohh I love books about the Camino! This one sounds really good, thanks for your review 😊👍 6y
ErickaS_Flyleafunfurled @Velvetfur Thanks! I really liked this one. Want to walk the Camino!! Someday! 6y
Velvetfur @ErickaS_Flyleafunfurled Oh yes me too, it's just a case of building up enough financial security for a month or so, and then to cover you while job hunting when you get back, isn't it?! 😂 6y
