panOk I get that some people love this genre but man, this was.... not good. And that‘s being EXTREMELY kind. The only books I‘ve ever bailed on are the Fifty Shades trilogy and this came very close to joining that short list. I love a good sex scene as much as the next girl but like Fifty Shades the sex in this novel bordered on non-consensual, abusive and degrading way too much for my liking. Very poor.
