so-so

I had never heard of this book until someone on Litsy mentioned it, but apparently it‘s a classic. The answers he provides to what to do when you‘re feeling down are just too simplistic. To be fair to the author, he admits that and says that truly depressed people should seek professional help —- as he did. And I use some of his suggestions— walking, yoga, meditation. I read the relatively new illustrated edition and loved the illustrations.

This is a lovely book about days when your feeling blue and the illustrations are awesome! I love this adorable elephant!
