Favorite Christmas Cookies | Ruth Cardello

Baked some cookies last night these are a favorite among many of my friends and family. I alter the recipe just a bit. Instead of white chocolate chips and candy canes I use Candy Cane Kisses. BUT, I do add a bit of crushed candy canes on the top before baking.

When I read the recipe she comments on how sweet they can be from the candy canes and chocolate, so I'm here to tell you the Candy Cane Kisses make them just PERFECT!

aperfectmjk Another tip... you can also just chill the dough in the fridge for an hour then roll the dough. No need to flour your hands and make the dough balls first. Honestly, who has that kind of fridge space?? 🤔 2y
