4/5⭐ Lots of yummy-looking recipes and useful information for eating a keto diet. I like the section for homemade basics to have on hand instead of sugar-laden store-bought versions. Most of the nutrition information is roughly accurate when I calculated it for myself, but for some reason recipes with bone-in meat are way different.
