First read of the new year (that isn't a web comic) is a reread. I wish the whole series had been printed in English (RIP early Tokyopop.) I prefer the original order, but I do see how linear is easier for younger readers.

Something of a rarity/curiosity, Kino No Tabi is what my brain eventually settled on when considering DS9's Paradise. There's a story in this volume titled The Land of Peace that is... not dissimilar to TOS's A Taste of Armageddon, but with unfortunate 3rd parties. A paradise that is false - aggressively, harmfully so. I still think about Sisko going back to the box.
