#bfcr2 Goals:

Walk 2x a week - starting slow w/ 10 minutes
Drink 48 oz of water a day
Go to bed at the latest 1:00 (starting to get ready 12:30 lol)
Books - 25

This is the first time I'm trying something like this, and I'm pretty sedentary so I'm hoping this will help me get off my butt a bit!!! Then maybe I can increase my walks 🙂
