Early morning start on this one. Another read for work. #nationalcasabookclub
Starting today for book club. I accidentally bought the large print but I‘m kinda liking it. 🤓
The unusual format put me off the first time I attempted to read this but I picked it up for book club and am enjoying it so far. Bernadette makes me anxious but I‘m starting to like her this time…
I might have my reading groove back. 🤞🏻
Starting this today but a little afraid of it….
Excited to be starting this for a work bookclub as part of series on poverty but I‘m going to start a light book too. I‘ve been struggling with focus since the start of the pandemic….
National CASA Book Club book. Great discussion on Zoom today. Looking forward to the author discussion next week.
Great writing and insight.
This was just ok for me, a little predictable. I like her book He Started It much better.
I need some ideas. What are you reading this weekend??
Starting another National CASA Book Club book today on my day off.
Starting this for book club meeting next week which is now via Zoom. 😔
It was a little slow for me. It was kind of predictable. Great premise though.
I‘ve been staying with my mom since her cancer treatment has kicked her butt. I‘ve been able to read this weekend while she‘s napping. Next up....
I heard so many good things about this book... I just didn‘t love it. Maybe the characters? There is a lot of action and I kept reading to see how it ended so that‘s an ok rating for me. ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️
This took a really strange turn. I didn‘t love the second half but the final twist was good. 👍🏻
Finishing this up today. I think these crazy reads are helping me to keep MY sanity. Maybe.
When you think you know what‘s going on until the last 70 pages! 😮
The twists got me. 💀
Reading this with the National CASA Book Club and learning so much.
This book was all kinds of crazy and the twists surprised me every time. I think the last 50 pages I was saying Wow, Whoa, or No out loud. I would hate to go on a road trip with this family!
🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
Only about 50 pages in and I can tell this is going to be 🦇 💩 crazy. And it‘s making me want to take a road trip! #imaybecrazy #lazysunday
Ever since March, I‘ve had a hard time focusing long enough to read. This held my interest and was a quick, dark, twisty read. My fav is Jar of Hearts but I definitely enjoyed this one.
Here‘s my old copy of Sense & Sensibility. I think it was a gift, I don‘t usually go for the movie covers.
Retellings anyone? I‘ve had this article saved for a while. #pemberlittens

I made a frantic trip to the library when I got a heads up that they were closing the next day. I still have Cloud Library for ebooks but there was a wait for some. Almost finished with the tagged book. Louisiana is closed. Stay safe everyone! ❤️☕️📚
I received these 2 books & journal (which I previously received) for the #HGPBC but they are mismatched and I don‘t know who they belong to. I don‘t have the initial email since it‘s been a few months since this ended. Tagging some people. Please let me know if this yours, feel free to tag whoever I forgot & email your addresses to me. Thanks!
I was intrigued by this plot right away but it did change into something else. There‘s a twist or two and a surprise ending. It‘s an easy, quick thriller.
⭐️⭐️⭐️
Scooby slept through the whole thing. 🐱
I‘m very late to the Ove party. I think I avoided this book because of all the hype. 🤷🏻♀️
And I absolutely loved it! Ove is such a great character. Don‘t wait, read this book now!
⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (and I never give 5 stars)
#authoramonth2020
Late to the Ove party but thanks to #authoramonth2020 I‘m finally reading it today while the Saints game is on. Loving the book so far, the game not so much!
Love this awesome Christmas package from my penpal @Stacypatrice ! I literally jumped up and down over these books & this T-Shirt!! ❤️
Merry Christmas everyone! 🎄📚🎁🎅🏻
Thank you so much for my #SFMBC package! I love the extras! I‘m excited to read all these books! And that candle smells delicious!
Happy Holidays!
It‘s a chilly, raining day perfect for reading with Scooby.
Just started reading this yesterday and loving it so far. I‘m fascinated by everything Kennedy and this time period. It pulled me in right away with all the New Orleans references especially the places that aren‘t there any more. I vaguely remember my dad talking about Carlos Marcello. Excited to see where this will go!
I really enjoyed this one especially the second half. Hunger Games & Handmaid‘s Tale vibes but a very different story. #dystopian #girlpower
Thanks to @Meaw_catlady @allureofbeauty @Econaghan for my Halloween goodies! 🎃👻🤡☠️
Happy Halloween Ya‘ll!!
#halloweencardswap
#SFMBC package has arrived! Thank you so much @ReadingRover for the extra goodies! I‘m SO excited about the nail wraps!! Everything is so cute. 🦄💗
This wasn‘t what I expected. There is a mystery & a twist but what really kept me reading were the relationships between the characters. As a daughter, former daughter-in-law and mom to a daughter (now almost 21), I thought the different perspectives really helped to understand Amy and her mother-in-law, Diane. It‘s also a reminder to be careful what you say & how you say things to people. Mother/daughter relationships are so complicated! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
This was just ok for me even though I love court room dramas. There were a couple of surprising twists and It was interesting enough to keep me reading to the end. ⭐️⭐️⭐️
This thriller took me a while to get into but picked up after the halfway mark. There were a couple of surprises. Overall, a quick & fun read. ⭐️⭐️⭐️
80 pages in and hoping this picks up soon!
Scooby is not impressed so far! 🐱
Thanks for the tag @Stacypatrice . Here‘s my 1st cover! ❤️
#7covers7days #coverlove
I‘m not sure who played already but join in if you like!
Fun, fast-paced thriller. Crazy premise. How far would you go to save your child?
Not my usual type of book but Scooby and I are enjoying it. 👩🚒
Love this cover but the story was just so-so for me. The Tox is gross so that was fun. 🤣
Nothing like a book by the pool! Enjoying this one so far. ☀️ ❤️
I‘m home taking care of my son after having his wisdom teeth removed so I‘m going to try #24b4Monday! I want to finish Evelyn Hugo & maybe get into the the tagged book & Three Women with a little of the cancer books in between. We‘ll see if I‘m being to ambitious! 😳
