I love the title of this novella!
Read for the May topic of my IRL bookclub: “choosing books for each other.” (Chosen for me by @ThePageantHam )

With magic, polyamorous, queer, and non-binary characters who feel like friends of mine, and a mystery, there‘s a lot in this 100 page gem. I especially loved the description of how spells work, and when 2 characters have to get sneaky with a church.

Definitely recommend!

This novella probably isn't for everyone, but it is absolutely for me. It's one of those rare books where after reading it, I feel changed--recentered, more alive, more ready to live authentically (and figure out what the heck that even means for me). It's deeply queer, poignant, funny, suspenseful, and beautifully written. I'm crying again writing this--this one really got me, and I'm deeply grateful to have come across it. 💜
