It‘s very interesting how the characters feel different when reading about them instead of watching them. The actors become such a large part of the “soul” of the characters. When they‘re removed and the characters inner thoughts and mannerisms are given over to an author (or in this case authors) it can be jarring. Overall I thoroughly enjoyed this book and am wanting to binge some episodes and hunt down every Trek novel ever written. 😂🤣

Twainy Hmm I think I need to read this 😁 3y
MegaWhoppingCosmicBookwyrm @Twainy YES! It was wonderful! I was in HPB today eyeballing more of the Trek novels but my husband reminded me my birthday is in a month and I shouldn‘t be buying anything for myself. 😅 3y
Twainy You should be adding them all to your Amazon Book Wishlist 😁🙌 3y
MegaWhoppingCosmicBookwyrm @Twainy I just added every single one to my Goodreads and hoo boy, I‘ve got some serious reading ahead of me! 😅 I didn‘t realize there were SO MANY!!! 🤪 3y

Got teary-eyed at this. Data is my all-time favorite Star Trek character and whenever they talk about him not truly being able to grieve, especially for Tasha, it digs at my heart.

The book was published in 1990.
Nemesis came out in 2002.

You‘re wrong, Data… we mourn you. 😭💔

Texreader Captain Picard is my all-time favorite but I loved Data, too. 3y
MegaWhoppingCosmicBookwyrm @Texreader Picard and Spock tie for my second favorites. ❤️ 3y
