I just started this book and what in the everlasting Gobstopper is going on here??? The main character is a Jon Benet Ramsey pageant girl with Betty Davis for a mom😳

Really crazy story. The perspective changes each chapter between the murdered girl days before the murder and her sister after the murder. Slowly the stories start to come together.

Loved it. Not a single dip in interest all the way through.

I loved this debut novel from Amy Green! I couldn‘t put it down. It goes from one secret to the next and the 2 POVS just blend so well together. I read some reviews bashing the ending, but I thought it was well played out! 💎 💎 💎 💎 💎

Good book but fell a little flat for me.

Just a convoluted mess. It started out clever but quickly spiraled into ridiculous twists that added about 100 unnecessary pages. Maybe I need to take a break from this genre for a while.
