Challenge Hour 36: Childhood Reads #24in48 @24in48

I can recognize now some of the racial and social issues with this book...but as a kid I read and re-read (and re-read) it!

I loved reading this series before bedtime with my mother when I was younger. I always liked to dream that my toys were secretly coming to life when I wasn't looking. I would have killed for that magic cupboard! #funphotofriday @Liberty

ErickaS_Flyleafunfurled I loved this when I was a kid. Just read the first one to my son and he loved it too! Parental win! 8y

Pickpick

My childhood favorite. The memories of the characters and themes of friendship and loyalty still remain vivid in my mind after many years.
