This is the start of a sweet potato and spinach curry

I'm feeling close to a fibro flare and want to get some good meals in the fridge for once... Sick of relying on crap... Take away and get your own.

Clare-Dragonfly Smart! I hope the flare isn‘t too bad. 3y
bookaholic1 I just got over a flare, but will have another as this Alberta air gets colder this coming week..take care...hugs 3y
Darklunarose @Clare-Dragonfly me too. Got everything crossed as the lead up to Xmas is huge. 3y
Darklunarose @bookaholic1 hugs ❤️ the cold really hurts. I don‘t know if you find yourself very crampy with cold? Aching to the bone? We are in the middle of summer, it‘s hit and that makes me physically sick, but not in pain usually. But I‘m doing a load of running right now, so probably over did it. 3y
