Mehso-so

A breakdown on why prayer can be useful in one‘s practice, as well as several example prayers on different subjects that can be used as a jumping-off point for developing one‘s own. I will be honest that I preferred the first part of the book. The example prayers themselves really did nothing for me.

I am devouring this book! I love it! I've always been attracted to prayers, to ways of communicating with a higher power. I've always found it inspiring, and this book is quite the resource. I took this photo today from the top of an aqueduct near the river. I think it's beautiful, even though looking down did make me a little dizzy. :)

I picked up a few books on Paganism. This is one of them. I've been dipping into it and browsing through the different prayers in it. I find that they are really speaking to me. I think I'll end up getting a lot of use out of this book. :)
