pickLooking at the life of King Herod through the eyes of his sister is the profound perspective of this book. While the book never apologizes for Herod‘s violence, the author weaves in the historical narrative that provides a deeper understanding. Yet, the story never loses its way or become preachy. This book left you wanting more even though it is the last one in the series.
