Definitely an interesting read. Habit forming products are everywhere in today's age. This book teaches us how companies build habit forming products that keeps users hooked onto their products.

This book made me more aware of its side effects also had helped me battle against vulnerability when using addictive new products.

Educate and protect yourself.
