pickThis is a compelling read - I found it hard to put down - interesting and unique story - a rather unpleasant husband and father whose outlook on life changes greatly after being rescued from the shadow of his fathers success ! Graham Swift has been around for a while - I don‘t know how I missed him but at least I have the joy of much reading ahead of me from this very clever writer .
