Bluebird @Leftcoastzen I remember the tv miniseries too. The actors were so young then! I had my eye on Andrew Stevens though, lol. It was not nearly as good as the books, but I remember eating it up too! 4y

Leftcoastzen My friend was mining her own shelves as we tend to do in pandemic times , she read this Jakes recently and loved it

I rarely read series books so I don't have one for 2017, but I did read all of the Kent Family Chronicles by John Jakes way back when. LOVED THEM.

Darth_Kaders I have never read these! But I remember we had my dad‘s copies lined up on the bookshelf. I was always wary of the first one so I never thought to pick these up. I may have to check them out! 7y
