I picked up this book after hearing of many keto success stories. This book is very informative and satisfied my curiosity about keto - what to eat, how much to eat, what to expect when you switch to keto, etc. And now that I‘ve read it, I don‘t think keto is for me!

Cinfhen That‘s awesome @britt_brooke !! What‘s a typical day‘s meals for u?? Im trying to decide if I could really do it. I‘ve done W30 & No Sugar for a few months but then inevitably I start to fall back into my bad eating habits 🙄 4y
britt_brooke @Cinfhen Today, for example: breakfast was a hard boiled egg, 2 pieces of bacon, and a quarter of an avocado all chopped up together; lunch was tuna with a sliced bell pepper; dinner was chicken egg drop soup and a veggie egg roll bowl. All pretty tasty. 😋 4y
