There sure are a ton of books about cholesterol! Has anyone had good results lowering cholesterol through diet? My husband just got his bloodwork back with some high levels, and since heart problems run in his family we want to get a jump on better health practices for him.
Any recommendations?
tpixie Yummy! All I know are oatmeal & Metamucil. So I guess fiber. Omega 3 Fatty acids decrease triglycerides. Good luck! 🍀 💜 4y
RachelAmphlett I eliminated dairy (I love cheese waaay too much) and now have oat milk and porridge is good too. If you scroll through my books from the past few weeks you‘ll find a couple of healthy eating ones I bought that are really good. Good luck! 4y
