The Up-to-date Sandwich Book: 400 Ways to Make a Sandwich | 
panBeen reading this on Twitch. I'm frightened to discover that the original 1909 book got a second edition in 1927 (pictured above) and haven't seen that later edition. It's a throwback cookbook in that most of the recipes have no measurements and I can't tell if some of these recipes were ever actually made. There's a cold mayo and peanut sandwich. It's been great as a focus to study food history though.
