This book is a great cultural awareness book! I like how it helps you learn about African countries and language while also incorporating math. This book is a non fiction picture book and I would use a read aloud teaching strategy to engage my students

Hannacallaham For ESOL I would use 11. Place language in meaningful content and 1. Teach questioning for clarification. For UDL I would use 3.3 and 2.3 4y
