I am rereading the older books in the series alongside continuing with the new ones I haven‘t read yet. Meg is a blacksmith, and her craft features heavily (ha!) in both of these that are incredibly similar in setting and I just happened to read back to back! Falcon takes place at a Ren Faire and Flamingos at a Revolutionary Reenactment. In both you have Faulk (her mentor) & Tad, and Meg‘s dad as enthusiastic temporally-appropriate medical ⬇️

Another successful addition to the Meg Langston series. I always enjoy these. When a troublesome actor at the Renaissance Fair, being held by Meg's grandmother, is found dead, there is no shortage of suspects.

The latest in the Meg langslow series... This book takes place at a Renaissance Fair that grandmother has developed and runs. I haven't been to a Renaissance Fair since my kids were little and one of them was fascinated with knights; What fun to visit even if only through a book 😁 And what fun to see the twins growing up! And of course, Meg catches the murderer.
