My mouth is watering already.
While I may not cook traditional Chinese food, I've been in love with wok cooking since I was a kid. For my 15th birthday my mom bought me my first wok (non stick electric 😳) I've never looked back.
Last night I make shrimp and broccoli with garlic sauce (my go to) in my cast iron wok.
I'm excited to try new Chinese/American recipes in this book. I just bought a carbon steel wok that I need to season.
