Welcome to Litsy!

I wasn't ready to read this one when the corona virus first encroached on our lives. In the beginning days I was inundated with so much information about COVID that a romance book about it was the last thing I wanted to read. Now that things are stabalizing, I decided to give this novel a whirl. I liked the first part of the book but I just could not get over the cheesy dialogue between Evan and Sadie. I was so done w/the overuse of endearments.🙄

Stayed up past my bedtime finishing this. Written by an Australian and US authors the writing is seamless. It‘s a touching love story but also unexpected funny. I‘ll defiantly be looking for more if they co-write again.

Forcing myself to settle in and read. The last two weeks have been too much for my soul. Hopefully this will help. I need to work on staying off social media and on Litsy this week.
