Quick read. Most of the ideas in here are similar to all the other self help books out there that help you achieve your goals... just tailored to weight loss.

I did learn something though... if you‘re struggling with confidence, find someone who is doing what you want to do and say, “well if she can do it, so can I!”

Also, make friends with people who are on the same healthy path. 74% of obese people have mostly obese friends, so branch out.
