I‘m now an event … what should I wear ?!

Trying to fix the Covid -Summer -pandemic slide at the local indie used bookstore which is walking distance to most TitleOne kiddos of mine 🤞🏻🤍

@AmyG your box of kids donated books and @kspenmoll kids books are in my bag I‘m READY!

Baggie Book: take a book read it -return it -read it to me -get a new one, repeat all summer.

GingerAntics I love your book baggies!!! 💙💙💙 I think that interaction really makes reading over the summer so much more fun. 3y
TheBookHippie @GingerAntics I am the Baggie Book Queen three decades 👑seriously the most fun ever. How are you feeling ? (edited) 3y

#15books15weeks is done in 3 hrs. How'd y'all do? I hope you had fun! I I am partway through #14 & 15. I won't finish them both by tonight but I'm counting then anyway since they were started before the end of the challenge. My challenge, my rules so if you need to, it applies to you too 👍😅 I took on a volunteer position along with my 2 jobs that has kept me busier than I expected but I love it & it's so rewarding & had great perks so, less 📖

Librarybelle Great! While I read throughout the summer, I only read one I had slated for the challenge. Thanks again for hosting this! One of these years I‘ll hit 15...I blame the pandemic and the craziness it has caused at work for my lack of attention this year! 4y
TheHeartlandBookFairy @Librarybelle It certainly has made almost everything more challenging and difficult! I hope you've managed to stay well through it all 💕 4y
Librarybelle I have, and I hope you are doing well! 💕 4y

TheHeartlandBookFairy @Librarybelle I am ☺️ I really can't complain, most of our office was laid off but the office manager and I stayed on. In hindsight I probably would have been better off financially with the layoff lol But, I do better staying busy and I am grateful for that. I was off from my second job for 3 months but that's just one day a week so it wasn't a big deal. The volunteer thing that I took on is an extension of the book reviews that I do. 4y
TheHeartlandBookFairy @Librarybelle I had no idea when I got involved that it would end up being as much as a couple of hours every day (That's on top of an 11-hour work day) but I'm having so much fun and there's a lot of good perks to it! The only downside is that it takes away from my reading. I'm still pretty new to that team so I'm working on finding the balance ☺️ Take care of yourself and, happy reading 📖😁 4y
Librarybelle Wow! You definitely have a lot going on, but it also sounds like you‘re enjoying it too. Hope you find balance and have an opportunity to find more reading time! 😁 4y
llwheeler Great job! I'm partway through number 13, so I like your counting 🙂 I think this is the closest I've come to finishing. Thanks for hosting! 4y
janeycanuck I got through 10 during the actual window, just finished my 11th and planning on getting to the rest, soon. Given the disaster that is the world, I‘m okay with that! Thanks for hosting, I love doing this challenge every year 😊 4y
TheHeartlandBookFairy @janeycanuck great job! I'm glad you look forward to the challenge, it gives me inspiration to keep it going ☺️ Stay safe and well, we'lll all get through this 😘 Happy reading! 4y
ravenlee Well, I read 13/15 from my original list. But between Memorial Day and Labor Day I actually read 80 books! This was a fun challenge, and it coincided with a good summer reading program from the library and really inspired me. Several of my reads were MG or YA, too, which helped. Thanks for hosting! 4y
