This was great - it was written in the form of a play and I could easily picture it as such. #AuthorAMonth

A narrative play, Burning Bright has the beauty and truth of a regular Steinbeck piece of fiction with very little set up. The dialogue speaks for itself. This is such an interesting concept--with these four main characters rotating each scene with a different backdrop, which says to me that no matter where people are, their humanity and love is what matters. So interesting!!!
