I really tried with this one, but after 60ish pages into, it just got more and more boring and continued being very vague as to what was going on in it, I just decided to drop it. I don‘t venture out of Fantasy much and this book doesn‘t help with wanting me to venture out, I guess mystery is not for me haha. I‘m not gonna waste time on books that are a chore for me to read.

What‘s 4 more books from the library (my total is now 14 books Haha)

I‘m looking forward to The Cruel Prince and The Wicked King I have seen lots of people here on litsy reading it, and The One And Only Ivan has been on my radar for awhile and finally got ahold it.

The Child Garden is actually completely out of my normal reading genre, it‘s mystery, thriller, suspense, & crime, it just really caught my attention so hopefully I‘ll enjoy it.

I liked that this book was slightly creepy (possibly more than slightly). The story was original, at least to my repertoire #gardentitle #aprilbookshowers

Pickpick

Creepy and edgy mystery book. One thing I loved about it was that I couldn't quite tell if the element of fantasy I was detecting was actually there or not until the end. Bit of a page-turner!
