Turn of Mind | 
pickThe premise of this book was interesting. A woman with Alzheimer‘s is accused/suspected of killing her best friend. The story is told from her point-of-view, so you can see her mental decline. The plot twist at the end was underwhelming. ⭐️⭐️⭐️/5
I like this book, but I don‘t love it.
I Found You, which I just finished, dealt with memory loss due to trauma. This book deal with memory issues due to dementia. It might make for an interesting pairing. I think this might be an emotional read. I have seen several loved ones suffer from dementia.
This had been in my audio tbr for a long time, so I finally started it last night. It's told from the pov of a retired doctor with Alzheimer's disease, a suspect in the murder of her bff down the street. I'm completely riveted, but also sad. On the weekends I work at the bookstore, but during the week I work private health care, and most of my clients have had or have dementia. Continued in comments.

pickLoved this one and it's a quick read since it's written in conversational style. I sunk into the frenzied mind of a prominent physician who is losing everything due to dementia. The family and back story (which is a murder) unwinds as you read. I loved it! It's a great first novel for the author too.
Breezing through Turn of Mind. It is a trip and at times makes me feel like I am inside the mind of the main character. I won Under The Influence in a Litsy giveaway. I was so excited! It's my next up.
Anyone reading this presently? I ordered it from the library after I read a great review from an author. I'm excited to read it...sounds like the perfect blend of suspense and medical facts...
