charl08 @TrishB yeah, he mentions an influential barrister earlier on (in a litany of otherwise entirely male influences) she is described as "stunningly accomplished"!!! I want a red pen for large exclamation points, but it's on kindle. 3y

TrishB I had this once in work. New member of staff did a great presentation about a really busy project they were doing. Old male senior person next to me says, that was great wasn‘t it and she has 2 small children. Me- that‘s extremely sexist. Him (annoyed) no it‘s not, I‘m complimenting her capability. 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️ I said you haven‘t told me whether any of the male presenters have children. He stormed off in a huff!! 3y
