pickA short, sharp look at a climate change dystopia told in a time-hopping fashion that shows you the slow, inevitable approach of the disaster. There's some deus ex machina elements, but if you don't mind that, this is a good, quick read with Kress's usual clear-eyed characterization and astute look at human nature.
Looking forward to this one. I loved her Beggars in Spain.
