I simply adore Jane Fallon. She's my go-to comfort read.

This was perfect and original. Full of friendship and loyalty, as well as revenge and bitterness.

Naturally, my favourite character was Igor - the dog!

rubyslippersreads I especially love Jane‘s cat Pickle. 😸 10mo

Loved it! What begins as an innocent attempt at boosting a friend‘s confidence soon spirals out of control in a way that is both alarming and yet slightly predictable. Even though I guessed what was happening before the big reveal I enjoyed the story and was sad when it finished.

Randomly found this in my kindle app in the hospital waiting room and although the plot is somewhat predictable it‘s the first book I‘ve devoured in a long long time!

Very good. Love how this author can make you believe that you have been reading one story but then twists it right in the middle so it turns it on its head and you are left questioning what you have just read. Shows how even though you think you know your friends and your friendship with them that it can all change in a single moment. Thank you #Netgalley for the free copy of this book.
