The novel is social commentary about abandoned children, poverty, prostitution, discrimination against women … sad and important story, but simplicity of the language, narration techniques and some satirical/comical situations almost override the complexity of the story. #Ghana #ReadAroundTheWorld

Simona Thank you @rockpools for check in on me, but I‘m more than perfect! I have vacation, I was on Croatian coast for more than two weeks without internet, and I‘m going to work next Friday. I came home yesterday, and yes, I‘m starting today …. which is mentioned in all prediction Booker longlists. You know me well 😘Assembly 3y
